1 General Provisions

pbs88 (referred to hereinafter as "the Platform", "we" or "the Company") provides an online casino and sports betting service for users in Bangladesh. This terms and conditions document (hereinafter "Terms") establishes a legal agreement between pbs88 and its users.

4 Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at pbs88 is ৳100 (one hundred taka) for each payment method. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Deposits are generally completed instantly or within a few minutes.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, processing may be delayed due to identity verification or other reasons.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your identity must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. A minimum deposit condition must be met to claim this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means withdrawal from bonus funds is only possible after wagering 20 times the bonus amount. If the wagering requirement is not met, only the original deposited amount may be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; if not used within the set time the bonus will be cancelled.
• A bonus offer may not be claimed more than once.
• For bets placed with bonus funds, the wagering contribution may differ across certain games.
• The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5.4 VIP Program

The pbs88 VIP program has three tiers. Users can advance to higher tiers progressively through regular play:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback benefit per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback benefit per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback benefit per week and priority support.

VIP cashback is credited to the account automatically each week and can be withdrawn without any wagering requirements.

6 Gaming Policy

6.1 Fair Play

pbs88 is committed to ensuring fair and transparent gaming. All games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps game outcomes completely unpredictable and unbiased.

6.2 Gaming Restrictions

• Exploiting any game glitch or technical issue is prohibited.
• The use of automated betting software or bots is strictly prohibited.

6.3 Technical Issues

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pbs88 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulently claiming bonuses.
• Hacking, use of malware or any other harmful technology.
• Harassing or threatening other users or staff.
• Registering with false or incomplete personal information.
• Chargeback fraud — such as filing a false complaint with a payment provider after making a deposit.

If evidence of any of these activities is found, the account will be closed immediately, all balances will be forfeited and legal action will be taken where applicable.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the pbs88 website — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and other materials — is the exclusive property of the Company. No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed or used without written permission.

The names, logos and trademarks of third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming and others are owned by their respective companies.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pbs88 is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection.
